I don't think it was natively "designed" to support mobile devices, 
but if you go to the "Examples" section under the Developer menu on 
the left side, there is a subcategory called PDA Examples that 
appears to explain how to use the install for WinCE.  I haven't tried 
it myself yet, but I've run across the page many times searching for 
installs.
