Hi, I wanted to create a new SQLite database so I downloaded SQLiteMan to do that on the desktop.
It created the database fine, and I added the data. However the database can't be accessed on the device. It turns out that it has to do with the UTF-16 encoding. I need to create a database with UTF-8 encoding. Is there a database manager tool for the desktop that I can use to create compatible databases?
