Good point John Dally made - perhaps this explains why there's such a split in repertoires?
If you like the effect of drone harmony you will like Peacock, Bewick, Clough tunes - but if the drones are just something you tune to the tonic and dominant, then forget about, you prefer tunes with more modern harmonies - whether or not they fit the drones???? -- To get on or off this list see list information at http://www.cs.dartmouth.edu/~wbc/lute-admin/index.html
