   That is indeed the case, and the first part of my talk related to the
   1980s revival of the instrument, and the serious quest, spearheaded by
   Gordon Mooney, for an appropriate repertoire. Those of us who have been
   involved since then know what has happened since. By the time the Dixon
   music became available it was already too late, so it remains a
   curiosity - which is OK by me, you wouldn't want just anyone playing
   it, would you?
