If he's given the freedom to make wholesale changes to the way the club is setup, then I don't mind if it takes 3 years to get back. I have really enjoyed watching teams like Swansea and Blackpool over the past couple of seasons as they have shown a huge amount of confidence in the attractive style of football they have played. If this bloke has the same impact at Wolves then I'm all for it.
