The NICS and the switch must play nice together, not many do for NIC
teaming.

The NICs have not been bought yet-the server's not a particular brand...I'd
hate to call it a clone, since it's not a mom and pop..but anyways the
switch is a netgear switch.
Will the switch make a difference? Or can I just get the LAN combo with the
teaming software and get it to work? Or must the routers/switches get
involved?
