Why oh why oh why oh why must Windows NT be continually so stupid and
clumsy to use?
I have a laptop on my desk, and I wish to access a share on my
computer's hard drive, which is on our domain.
When attempting to access this computer I am presented with a rediculous
dialogue box which is asking me for the password to IPC$ - WHAT A STUPID
REQUEST
Perhaps if it had any brains it would ask me for a REAL login and
password
How ANNOYING
Now the easiest way for me to get around this ANNOYING problem is to
share a directory on the client computer and transfer the files the
OTHER WAY
Stupid.
Stupid stupid annoying stupid.
And if anyone wants to start telling me why it's designed that way, well
too bad because its still demented! :)
