Have you tried taking ownership of the files?

Subject: Profiles ARGHHH - Help please

I have a Windows NT 4.0 Server I have two users which are using Win2K Pro I
have one directory on the server for all the NT user profiles. I never have
any problem with NT users. If there is something amiss, I delete or rename
their user profile and it automatically recreates from the local.

Win2K users however - They create profiles which deny me access. That
really bugs me. and when they mess up they overwrite the users local
profile with blanks so it is like they were new users.

Even weirder sometimes they create a local username.domain profile or
username.bak. What gives? I just want the users to have a profile on the
server and I want to access it from the server.

I have the Win2K users profiles saved in a separate directory called
Profil2K. What is the best way to handle these profiles.

TIA - TOMG
