Oh yeah that command slipped my mind. It looks like you can pause the Server
service for that. It is supposed to stop any new connections except Admins
almost the same as Novell Disable Logins at the Console prompt

On Novell console you can type "disable login" command, and from that point
no one is allowed to log on to server (until you want to enable it again). I
have used it in some urgent situations when server should be shut down, so
no new users could access any data on it.

I guess this is what "BG" is looking for - not for only one account but for
all accounts simultaneously, and I haven't seen something like that on W2k
(something like "disable network users"?)
