I don't know about putting 2000 into kiosk mode, but you can start
Internet
Explorer in kiosk mode by typing (from the command line): iexplore
'your
URL here' -k, for example "iexplore http://www.cnn.com -k". I'm sure you
could put this into a batch file in the startup folder of the desired
user
and accomplish what you want with a little tweaking.

I seem to recall that there's a way to put a 2000 Pro workstation into
"Kiosk Mode"--that is, so that it's running only one application
(Internet
Explorer) and that the user can't quit that app, nor switch to another.

in my book nor in Help.
Can anybody point me in the right direction? Can I do it through

(we're running a 2000 network)? Or is there some other way?
