Checking for patches/servicepacks installed

Hi,

Some time ago there was a thread with a link to a Microsoft comand line tool
that would show if the machines/servers in a network had all the updated
patches microsoft recommended.

I can't seem to find it!!

Anyone can send it to me again, please?
