Or cut off access. he who complains, owns it. If they don't complain, they
don't need it; back it up to tape and delete it.

Be sure to send out a message saying you're doing this, and be sure to put

Who put it there as in past tense or who puts it there tomorrow future
tense.  Auditing can help you for the future, but you will need a 3rd party
to easily report on ownership which would give you past tense.  Several out
there.  We use DiskAdvisor from Quinn.
