You'll need something like ERD Commander 2000 from Winterals.

Subject: Replacing corrupt kernel32.dll in NT4.0

I need to replace a compromised kernel32.dll file on an NT4.0 workstation
with NTFS. Can't do it from within Windows because the file is in use,
can't do it from DOS because of the NTFS.

Any ideas?

Thanks-
