Change does include delete.  However, if you let them edit a file and save
their changes, nothing prevents them from overwriting the file with an empty
one.  Technically they did not delete the file, but the data is still gone.

If i read that correctly NTFS change permission includes Delete. Wouldn�t
this include delete every file ?
