For apparently no reason, many of our users had to wait 15 to 20 minutes to
log into the system today. The normal login time is certainly not more than
1 to 2 minutes.

Our clients run Windows 2000 SP1 and servers run Windows 2000 SP2. The only
significant change was that one of our software engineers placed "rem"
before one of lines in our login script this morning.

This problem appears to have effected many users, but not all users. It
seems that I have seen past e-mails regarding this, but never saw an answer
or explanation for this. Any ideas would be greatly appreciated.
