I've had a couple of crashes administering Win2k DNS servers through
this tool as well.  Of course, it is from a beta OS, so it's not too
unexpected.

I installed it. There are a few foibles though. 

The DHCP snapin shows Win2k DHCP servers as inactive when they are
active. If you choose Activate, it will deactivate them, but the snapin
will show them as activated. 

WINS does not always return correct data. 

Exchange 2k is not supported, although if you install Win2k first with
admin tools and Exchange System Manager, then upgrade to XP Pro, then
install the .NET adminpak, it will work.

Watch with GPOs, XP can slip a few extras in there that are specific to
XP.

ON MSDN  download site for Universal subscribers there is what MS refers
to as a "beta refresh" which is build 3541.  Have heard good reports,
but not
