That's exactly what I mean. If you wanna people to use http://mail.***.com/exchange then all you need to do is in your DNS, point mail.xyz1.com and mail.xyz2.com to the same IP address where the exchange server is.
If you wanna people to use http://mail.xyz1.com and http://mail.xyz2.com and have either going to http://x.x.x.x/exchange, then you will have to point both to a web server which hosts a default page that redirects to http://x.x.x.x/exchange Is that clear enough?
