ok, maybee I described this problem the wrong way (poor english) ;)

i have two different servers, a really old NT4 server and a new W2K
Server. I dont want to upgrade the old server, i just want to "copy"
the accounts on to the new one

Hi all,

Anyone know if its possible to move users from a standalone NT4 Server
to a W2K standalone server with all the users preferences, password,
description etc?? Any suggestions on tools that might be able to perform
this?

/eric
