I had to re-post this, because the server rejected it due to its subject content, which was "Out Of Office Replies" :-)
Second, ignore the spacing in the subject, because this was rejected AGAIN for having "OUTTA-OFFICE" in its new subject. ----------------------- To whom it may concern: This must have hundreds of subscribers. *EVERY* time I post to this list I am replied to by *OUT OF OFFICE REPLIES*. I don't care if you're in the office or if you're on holiday in Afghanistan. It is common courtesy to do one of the following items when using an auto-reply: 1. De-register yourself from any mailing lists until you return. 2. Use a secondary email address for subscribing to mailing discussion lists. You can then configure your mail client to auto-respond to any emails that are directed towards your normal email account, as opposed to the account that is used for discussion lists. What makes my teeth grind is when somebody sets their Auto-Respond message to say "I apologize if this has been sent to a list." ARGH! Please -- do the right thing! Is this a futile argument?
