Why not assign permissions for your manager to open the mailbox? Then have him add that mailbox to his accounts?
-----Original Message----- From: Steve Iadarola [mailto:[EMAIL PROTECTED]] Sent: Thursday, December 06, 2001 11:30 AM To: NT 2000 Discussions Subject: Win2k/Exchg2K and Outlook Question Had an employee leave today. Their account and mailbox was disabled by one of the other SysAdmins. Enabled the account and mailbox to give the manager access to the account and mailbox. Can log into the domain using the former employees account but when you open O2K it comes up with the error that the Information Store can not be opened. What am I not doing correctly here? Any help would be appreciated.
