Ok, I'm logging into a win2k pro box using the employees account. Deleted all mail profiles and created one for the employees account. Outlook 2000 now opens and is giving me a different error. It says "Logon to the MS Exchange Server Failed". The password on the employees account was changed at the start of this. We did not know her password. Is this some sort of replication issue. I have checked the properties of the employees account and made sure that her account is listed under the mailbox rights tab on the "Exchange Advanced" properties.

I would rename the profile entirely on the workstation for the user that you are trying to connect with. Log in as that user to generate a new profile and then try to open the mailbox. Unless you are using 9.x, then you would have to delete the email profile from control panel | mail icon. ------ You are subscribed as [email protected] Archives: http://www.swynk.com/sitesearch/search.asp To unsubscribe send a blank email to [EMAIL PROTECTED]
