On a W2K box (you **do** have a W2K box, yes?)
first First create a folder c:\ie6,
then  download the IE6SETUP.EXE file to that folder.
To download the whole code for all Windows versions you need to use a 
special command.
Start the run dialog and type this command WITH quotes!!

"C:\ie6\ie6setup.exe" /c:"ie6wzd.exe /d /s:""#E"

This command will invoke a special setup displaying a screen which
allows
you to choose a download folder, Select all OSes and download!
