How are they dialing in?  Do you have a W2K/NT RAS box?  If so, educate them
in how to dial-up from the logon screen.  This will force them to
authenticate with your DC and the group policy will run.

If they logon to their machine first with the cached password and then
dial-up after the fact, it's not guaranteed that they will run group policy.

Does anyone know of a way to manually force a refresh of AD assigned Group
Policies from the client?  I know that I can set the Group Policy Refresh
interval, but I am looking for something that I can run in a logon script
for Remote Access users.  Any ideas, or even VB Scripting solutions?
