I'm a bit surprised you don't see a netlogon share.  You should see that.

Scripts can be placed in \\%dcname%\sysvol\%domainname%\scripts. BTW, this
is the UNC for the netlogon share in W2K.  The directory should be
c:\winnt\sysvol\sysvol\%domainname%\scripts (obviously on your DC)
