My DC is a member of a Forest named sa.web.net, shouldn't it have it's own
folder entitled c:\winnt\sysvol\sysvol\atlmixxxxx.sa.web.net? Or do all
scripts from all dc's in the forest get placed here? Please say it aint
so...

OK so copying and dropping the scripts into this folder will not harm
anything?

We keep ours in C:\Winnt\SYSVOL\sysvol\<ourdomain.com>\scripts\

This is the NETLOGON share on W2K servers. Replicates fine.

As far as I know, it works the same way on Win2k as it did on NT. We're
still using the old method on Win2k and it appears to work fine.

If I create this folder on my W2K domain controller, can I then add the
login scripts from my NT 4.0 domain to this folder, and have everything
replicate fine, or will there be some fine tuning I'll need to do
afterwards?

You can used one of two methods:
1. Create the Repl\import\scripts folders under \system32 as they were in NT
2. Netlogon is a Share on the AD controller, not a folder
