We have a Compaq "Gold" contract.  They are mostly a front end to PSS, if
they can't solve the problem we get to PSS.  I didn't work here when the
contract was negotiated, but understand it to be pricey.  My general
experience with Compaq Support is that if you get some of the old DEC folks,
you can get good support, but it's spotty.  Of course I used to be one of
those DEC folks, so I could be partial.  ;')
