1 - You'll get support from Microsoft (and 3rd party vendors)
longer -- and thus enjoy a longer duration before considering the next
migration

2 - It has some features that Win2K does not (like Remote Assistance)

3 - Frankly, it's cooler (not that this should matter in a business
setting)

4 - You should test it out and see if it is right for your environment
