I was kidding about posting the dmp, here are two messags from google, discussing your problem. It sounds like this problem can be caused by the wrong version of ndis.sys or your nic driver. The solution were to upgrade to the latest level (ie apply or re-apply the sp checking the version against http://support.microsoft.com/servicedesks/fileversion/dllinfo.asp?sd=msdn) and making sure you have the most recent NIC/modem drivers.
