Do us a favor and check the event viewer of the machine in question. It may shed some more light on the issue. BTW, how are you trying to deploy Visio 2002? From my experience, Visio has been extremely difficult to deploy due to the fact that before it is installed, other files must be installed (i.e. Visual Studio 6.0 if not installed, spcore.msi - must be installed prior to installing Visio). The event viewer will most likely give you much more information as to what is happening here.
