Static WINS entries for all of the DCs 

There's a Q on the "correct way" to structure an LMHOSTS file in order to
import it into WINS, that's the only reliable way I know of to get static
entries to "stick"


That's another ugly, but works answer, it's a little bit easier to maintain
than LMHOSTS files on all DCs.
