Nico *.MST file apply to any msi app, they can be included as part of an intellimirror roll out.
To create one load the Office res kit (either 2k or XP) and run the custom installation wizard. Within the intellimirror job you will find a modifications tab, point this to the .mst file and it will apply your modifications. (this can only be added when you create the intellimirror job initially). If you wish to modify a RIS OS install then you need to modify the relevant .sif file (RemoteInstall\Setup\ Language \Images\ Foldername \I386\Templates folder.) details of how to do this can be found ether on technet or you can use the Microsoft setup wizard.
