I concur with martin. But I think you just to give them change to where
their profile lives. After setting up the roaming profile only admin has
rights to the directory you create the profile in I believe. I am certain
thought that it is a permissions issue so start their and you will find the
problem.

You have to give full control to the root of your profiles folder....I
remember reading that somewhere and it helped me back in the day.

I have a Windows NT network
PDC - Windows NT 4.0 sp 6
BDC - Windows NT 4.0 sp 6

I also have a Windows 2000 server on the same network but it is not a
controller. My issue has arisen since they have placed a couple of Windows
XP stations on the network. When the stations boot the get "unable to load
roaming profile" and then they get "unable to load mandatory profile" all
users get these errors. any hints?
