Try this: First thing I would do is to remove Outlook Express from the computer using the Control Panel - remove software. Run a good registry fixer such as Norton Systemworks 2002 Pro, and reinstall IE 6.0 with Outlook Express.
If that fails then a reload of Win2k will be necessary. This is what my IT guy said.
