Run Perfmon, choose the "process" object, and add all instances to get a
counter for each process on the machine. Set your sample interval to
something slower, like 5 seconds. Let perfmon run for a while.

Now you can see what's what. You can pick each process, and look at the
"average" value. Investigate the processes with the top 10 average values.
