Probably better off going with cisco switches. They are pretty comparable in
price with 3com. But if you want linksys that is a different story.

I favor LinkSys except at Corporate sites where I favor Cisco.  HP makes
some great switches as well...

Can anyone here recommend a good switch to me for my network that has
some 10Mb and some 100Mb NICs on it?

The 100Mb NICs are auto-sensing and they always sense down to the 10
because there are a couple of old cards on the net.  I'd like the NICs
that can run at 100 to run at 100.
