First of all, invest in a book and some time on the MS web site.
I mean no offense.  :^)

What version of Netware?  Are you subnetted with routers?
Windows 2000 services (now more than ever) depend on TCP/IP.
(Understatement, that...)  Netware, depending on what version you have
uses several different protocols -- IPX (SAP, 802.3, Novell_Ether) and IP,
as well as service advertisements.

If all of this is already obvious and not a problem, then you will need to
start with Gateway services.
This will help translate user accounts, permissions, etc.
