First thing, turn off the automatic reboot so that you can actually see the
bluescreen when it occurs.  Then once you get the bluescreen you can try
plugging the information into technet.  I just had one of my users with a
similar problem, exact same event in the event logs.  Turned off the
automatic reboot, and we were able to read the bluescreen and, I believe,
determine the cause of the error.  'course that was no poweredge 1550, but
might help.  Someone else mentioned the possibility with the dell
poweredge's that the processor might be overheating . . . Are you monitoring
the cpu temperature?  If not, here's a link that "might" help, depending on

Almost everyday I have a machine that Dumps
This is what my Event Viewer says:

The computer has rebooted from a bugcheck.  The bugcheck was: 0x0000000a
(0x00000048, 0x00000002, 0x00000001, 0x8041bef2). Microsoft Windows 2000
[v15.2195]. A dump was saved in: C:\WINNT\MEMORY.DMP.


This is a Dell Poweredge 1550 with 
3 36gig drives in a Raid 5 Configuration
512 Megs of Ram
1 1.3ghz Pentium 3 Processor

Any Help is appreciated
