Then once you get the bluescreen you can try plugging the information into technet. I just had one of my users with a similar problem, exact same event in the event logs. Turned off the automatic reboot, and we were able to read the bluescreen and, I believe, determine the cause of the error. 'course that was no poweredge 1550, but might help. Someone else mentioned the possibility with the dell poweredge's that the processor might be overheating . . . Are you monitoring the cpu temperature?
