Is that what your current temperature is, or are you asking if that is the max core temp for the processor? And do you have a regular PIII or a PIII Xeon? If you're not sure, check Dell's website with your system tag.

Then once you get the bluescreen you can try plugging the information into technet. I just had one of my users with a similar problem, exact same event in the event logs. Turned off the automatic reboot, and we were able to read the bluescreen and, I believe, determine the cause of the error. 'course that was no poweredge 1550, but might help. Someone else mentioned the possibility with the dell poweredge's that the processor might be overheating . . . Are you monitoring the cpu temperature?
