Steve, I think it's a problem with restricting permissions on a specific portion of the registry. We had a similar problem here when we tried to lock down permissions on the registry. If you take the exact error message that they receive and do an exact search on TechNet, you should find it. I don't have the documentation here with me at home, but I'll see if I can find it tomorrow. -mt
