Speaking of backup is anyone using Backup Express from Syncsort, and if so what type of through put are you seeing and on what hardware. We are using Veritas that I like a lot but we need more speed. We use DLT8000 robot library and get about 120-130mb a minute. We have millions of little files over about 200GB. It takes us about 30 hours to do a full backup. I guess it wouldn't to just ask what you are using that is faster than mine, 30 hours just won't do.
