I'm not panicing :) I can rebuild the Domain it would just be a Pain in the ASS and I really would like to go home tonight
However the issue happened this morning I came in and DNS was down. So I came into the server room and there was my DC being unresponsive. I rebooted, and when it came up it gave me a blue screen upon boot. I rebooted again and tried Safe mode same thing. I rebooted again and tried Last known good. I put the HardDrive in another machine as a secondary drive and did a CHKDSK /f this was working until the USN Journal was rebuilt then it seemed to quit responding. My biggest issue is I have harped to management that not having another machine in the domain was an issue, but they just brushed me off. I will take blame for apparently not having a backup but I'm also going to be the one fixing the problem...
