How about a way to truly synchronize though - meaning if changes were made at the remote end as well?

I'm looking for a tool or app that will let me synchronize several "satellite" folders when changes are made to a central folder in Win2K. Basically, I have a core folder I work on. I'd like to either manually or automatically have the changes made to that folder be applied to six other same named directories on other Win2K boxes. Is such a thing available? Thanks!
