FREE within Windows 2000....

File System (DFS) is what you need to read up on.

Note: FRS is also used to keep AD controllers syncronized.  Some Exchange
Components also use FRS.  DFS use FRS to make duplicate copies (like what
you want to do) for fault-tolerant purposes.
