When I run RSOP I get a big Red X on my Computer Configuration Detaails shows this:

Note: Due to the GP Core failure, none of the other Group Policy components processed their policy. Consequently, status information for the other components is not available. It seems to work fine from my Win 2000 Machine but My Machine ( windows XP) get this error Event ID 1058 Windows cannot access the file gpt.ini for GPO CN={31B2F340-016D-11D2-945F-00C04FB984F9},CN=Policies,CN=System,DC=Childdoma in,DC=Root-Domain,DC=net.
