What would anyone recommend as a good resource to learn how to move a website from one box to another -- except for the DNS changes, is it as easy as copying over the directory contents? Searched Technet, did find much that was helpful. I normally don't do IIS, but we don't have any real 'web' folks inhouse anymore.
