Make sure you record any needed DSN information and carry it over to the new
server, if you have .asp with backend database server.

Check out some of the .vbs scripts available which will allow you to
enumerate your webs, including full directory structure, and use scripts to
recreate your virtual directories / web apps.

What would anyone recommend as a good resource to learn how to move a
website from one box to another -- except for the DNS changes, is it as easy
as copying over the directory contents?  Searched Technet, did find much
that was helpful.  I normally don't do IIS, but we don't have any real 'web'
folks inhouse anymore.
