HI Gurus,
Did anybody ever face something like Port Corrupted due to
virus(PE_FunLove.4099)?
Well, it seems like the users who got the virus recently tried to print to
those printers that affected and their account have been disabled.
i can know that because on the print queue itself, the name of the owner
that tried to print are from the users who got viruses and their status of
printing is shown "Printer Busy or Error" . Nothing printed out.
The Document Name that the print queue captured is " Remote Downlevel
Document"
Would be appreciate if anybody can advise me on how to go about it as 500
users are screaming at me now, and luckily today is friday.
