Also, have you tried clearing the print queue? Probably retuns something like "Printing - Deleting" in the status, right? Reboot your print server. The files in the Spool folder aren't giving up permissions as it should. Rebooting clears this and deletes any file not properly paired up with a spooler file.
"Remote downlevel document" -- they're printing an attachment from Notes or from Outlook? This "title" I've seen because the workstation uses two print paths (not the exact terminology, but the best way *I* can say it). Say a Word document opened from e-mail: Word sends it to Notes sends it to Windows. Notes reports it to Windows as a "remote" document.
