There really isn't any way to move the PCs to a new domain without touching them. If your users have local admin privileges, you can give them a NETDOM script. If you have some kind of remote control, you could do it that way.
Will you be moving the user accounts to another domain? If so, remember that this will necessitate doing something with their user profiles on the local PCs.
