So far as I know this is not possible with MS Operating Systems. This is not a limitation of SAN technology, but a limitation in Windows in that it must have exclusive use of the disk. I am not familiar with Compaq SAN's, but you should be able to mirror to a second disk accomplishing what you are trying to do.
